SUITABILITY: For almost two years Izuku has been training at UA Highschool to become a professional hero in between actual threats being made on his life by villains. His training has consisted of both simulated and on the ground scenarios, including learning to fight in treacherous terrains, working in smaller and larger teams to accomplish a goal, and performing search and rescues. He’s worked as a part of a team evacuating civilians from an endangered area. His schooling has given him a good foundation for handling a variety of crises as well as working with many different people, sometimes on the fly, all of which will help him excel at whatever missions LILITH gives him.

But Izuku has plenty of actual experience being in dangerous situations as well. He’s gone up against many powerful foes who have tried to kill him and his friends. He’s always ready to meet these sorts of challenges head on, believing that nothing is more important than protecting people who can’t protect themselves. He’s put his body through extreme harm and distress to do so by overexerting his power many times. He’s witnessed the cruelty of battle and has seen people he cares about be brutalized and nearly killed. Some have died in battle.

Aside from his powers, one of Izuku’s best attributes is his intellect, particularly when it comes to strategy. He’s a quick planner and able to adapt his plans on the fly as needed. When he is knowledgeable about the people around him, he can quickly assess their attributes and how to best use them for the desired result.

POWERS & SKILLS:
One For All: A special quirk that can be passed from one user to another while also stockpiling the quirks of previous users. The base quirk gives Izuku enhanced strength, speed, durability and agility by focusing its energy throughout his body, or through a certain body part., at varying percentage levels of power, up to 100%. The higher the percentage, the more of a toll it takes on his body, usually leading to broken bones. The additional quirks stockpiled are:

• Gearshift: Changes the speed and velocity of a target (or Izuku himself) via touch. Izuku can use it to increase/decrease the speed of himself or others, change his/their direction, and enhance the force of his own attacks. With the additional boost given to it via One For All it can effect humans and even larger objects. The velocity boost used at max power can break the sound barrier. It also has different levels of power, 4 “gears”.

• Fa Jin: Allows Izuku to store kinetic energy in any part of his body to be used later. Red energy will build up in the part of the body where the energy is stored. It can be released all at once or a little at a time. Once released, it gives a boost of speed and power to the effected body part. It can be combined with other abilities to give them an additional boost.

• Blackwhip: Allows Izuku to produce black whip-like tendrils from anywhere on his body and control their movements. This ability is highly reliant on the user’s emotional control and can easily grow out of control if not focused. Izuku focuses his anger through the ability to control it and boost its power. With the tendrils he can grab onto people and objects, throw things, and use them to attack opponents.

• Danger Sense: Allows Izuku to detect threats from his surrounding areas via a stabbing pain in his head. It only picks up intentional threats, not, for instance, someone attacking without the intent to harm.

• Smokescreen: Generates a thick, purple smoke from the Izuku’s body that clouds vision and can cover a large area. Producing too much smoke at a time can cause Izuku to get lost in his own smoke.

• Float: Allows Izuku to levitate and suspend himself in mid-air. The boost given by One For All allows him to use this ability to fly at high speeds.

High stamina/pain tolerance: Izuku has fought through high levels of pain via broken bones and the general wear and tear that the strength of One For All takes on his body. He has repeatedly broken his fingers, hands, and legs while in battle and kept on fighting.

Strategist/leadership: Izuku has a quick-minded intellect that lends itself to strategy. For years he’s studied the quirks of professional heroes and his own classmates, learning their strengths and weaknesses. This has proven vital in many instances where he has needed to take a leadership role among his group and come up with a strategy to win. .

NERFED POWERS:
• Izuku’s One For All will be capped at 30% power, putting him under the range where he can take anyone but the weakest opponents out with one punch.
• He will only be able to activate Gearshift on the first gear, and he will be limited to objects human sized and smaller.
• He will lose Danger Sense completely, making him more open to attacks.
• Smokescreen will be limited to half a city block.

PERSONAL ITEM: Mid-Gauntlets. A support item made with compression technology that allows Izuku to reinforce and support his body while using his Qurik to greater extents. They appear bracelet like when retracted and not in use and expand out to cover the entirety of Izuku’s arms, up to his shoulders, in hardened material. They are not able to handle the entire extent of Izuku’s Quirk however and will only be able to consistently support about 50% of his power for the purpose of the game.
